Joseph Lane joined the Sacred Heart University AAU club Ice hockey team as head coach during its inception of the 2021-2022 season. As an alumni of Sacred Heart Coach Lane spent 5 years playing club hockey 4 in undergrad from 2016 to 2020 and one year from 2020-2021 during graduate school.Â

During this time as Head coach, he has grown the team into what it is today and has established them in the Empire conference of the AAU hockey league. Each year he has looked to put the team first and create a competitive culture for the team to thrive within. Moving to Division 2 Coach Lane looks to bring home a national title at the highest level and continue to create success for his players on and off the Ice.
