Liz McGreevy joined SHU Intramurals in January 2007. She is currently responsible for providing leadership in multiple areas of Recreation, including intramurals, student management, facility management, memberships, and customer service. Liz assists with the Health and Recreation Center daily operations, including overseeing student staff at the Welcome Desk and Fitness Area/Weight Room, as well as the satellite gyms in Christian Witness Commons, Bergolio, and Roncalli.Â
Liz’s 19 years of experience in Sports and Recreation has helped build SHU Intramurals and Fitness grow into a viable part of the student experience. Prior to Recreation, Liz coached at the Division level for 10 years at Sacred Heart, Marist, and Quinnipiac, and has worked in Student-Athlete Academic Services and Sports Information.Â
Liz is a graduate of the Jack Welch College of Business at SHU where she earned her MBA and a Certificate in Marketing. She received her BA from Marist College. Liz and her husband Matt, the SHU Men’s and Women’s Golf Coach, reside in Hamden with their daughter, Molly.Â
