Chase Reynolds grew up in Southport, Connecticut, and began his sailing career at Pequot Yacht Club where he competed in Optis before progressing to Lasers (now ILCA). After High School, Chase went on to compete at Roger Williams University . After his graduation in 2023, Chase has continued to sail competitively - and has raced extensively offshore and in big boat events, including Bermuda races. Prior to coming Sacred Heart Chase served as a racing coach at Nantucket Yacht Club, head racing coach at Riverside Yacht club, and as head coach of the Weston and Wilton high school sailing teams. Outside of sailing, he enjoys skiing, kitesurfing, and cycling.
