Aidan was born and raised in Norwalk, Connecticut and is a proud SHU alumni. Aidan attended Norwalk High School where he was a 3 year varsity player for the lacrosse and football teams. After high school Aidan attended James Madison University where he played Attack on the lacrosse team at the NCLL level. Aidan transferred to Sacred Heart University in 2016 and graduated in 2018 with a degree in Communications and Media Arts. Aidan's fondest memories of Sacred Heart are from his semester abroad in Dingle, Ireland.

Aidan began coaching lacrosse in 2020 at Weston High School. Aidan served as a Varsity Assistant and Head Coach of the Junior Varsity team for 4 years as well as 1 year as the Offensive Coordinator of the Varsity team. Aidan helped lead the Trojans to three consecutive Connecticut state championships and back to back South Western Conference titles.
