The Sacred Heart Women's Club Basketball team opened league play with two wins at home on Sunday. The Pioneers won game one 76-20 and were led by GiGi Gracia and
Carolyn Frankle with 12 points,
Faith Erasmo with 11,
Rebecca Kelly with 10,
Gracie Patriarco with 8, Mia Menzies and
Elliana Nassy with 6,
Kaitlyn McCarroll had 4 and
Ashley Tarello and
Nicole Turco had two points each.
Sacred Heart won game two 77-48. The Pioneers were led by
Rebecca Kelly with 20 points,
Faith Erasmo with 17,
Carolyn Frankle with 11, Gigi Gracia with 10,
Gracie Patriarco with 9, Elly Giguere and Mia Menzies each had 4 and
Kaitlyn McCarroll had 2 points.
Sacred Heart improves to 4-0, 2-0 in league play and their next game is November 23
rd at Hofstra with a 2 pm start.
