On Monday, February 17th, the Sacred Heart Club Gymnastics Team competed in the All American Challenge at Mohegan Sun. Overall, the team delivered an outstanding performance as an XCEL Diamond team, competing against various other NAIGC teams. Some highlights include: Sophia Rauseo (Sophomore) placing 2nd on beam with a 9.75, Michele Chu (Junior) placing 4th on vault with a 9.3, Mackenzie Adair (Junior) placing 7th on vault with a 9.2, and Lindsay Capobianco (Junior) earning a perfect 10.0 on floor, placing 6th on beam with a 9.55, and placing 4th in the all-around with a 37.75. Each gymnast demonstrated their incredible talent and commitment to the team. The team is looking forward to getting back in the gym and continuing training for nationals in Pittsburgh, PA!
