About Us

The Sacred Heart University Women's Club Softball program competes in the National Club Softball Association (NCSA), an organization consisting of more than 110 teams across the country. Sacred Heart is the only university in the nation that fields teams at both the Division I and Division II levels of NCSA competition.

Both teams compete during the fall and spring semesters and have opportunities to qualify for postseason play based on their performance throughout the year. Student-athletes practice two to three times per week at Pioneer Park and compete on weekends against conference and non-conference opponents.

The program provides a competitive environment for student-athletes looking to continue playing softball while balancing their academic commitments and enjoying the club sports experience.
