The former AAU division II team has officially made the jump into division I the premier level of hockey in the AAU. This creates the first Division I club hockey team at Sacred Heart. From humble beginnings as a non-compete in the AAU for the 2021 season to rising through the divisions after successful competitive seasons to now play at the Division I level for the remainder of the 2024-2025 season. This great opportunity was generated from a unique circumstance backed by the team's level of competition and ability to continue growing under limited conditions. The AAU boys are now presented with the opportunity to go to and represent the school this postseason in Jacksonville, Florida for the national tournament. As the season progresses past the halfway point the team looks to repeat its success in conference play while in pursuit of a national title. Moving into the 2025-2026 the team will face a full Division I schedule and continue its journey of pushing its boundaries of success to help build the reputation of Sacred Heart and leave an impression in the world of Club Hockey.
