The Sacred Heart Women's Club Field Hockey team is mainly a fall sport with games and practices being between the months of September to the beginning of November. The team practices about 2-3 times a week, with their games being held on the weekends. The team uses Campus Field which is located on Sacred Heart's Main Campus.

The Sacred Heart Women's Club Field Hockey team is a member of the National Field Hockey League (NFHL) competing against other colleges such as the University of Rhode Island, University of New Haven, Rutgers University, Fairfield University, and more! In April of 2019, the Club Field Hockey team had the honor and privilege to play at Nationals in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
