D1 club softball traveled to Providence, Rhode Island this past weekend to face Providence College and came home with three wins.  The Pioneers won all 3 games in run rule fashion, with the first two games ending in six and the last game ending in 5 innings.

All 3 pitchers, including Freshman Kendall McNamara held the Friars to two runs or less and their lines are as follows:

Catherine Meyers: 6IP, 5 hits, 0 Walks, 7 Strikeouts, 2 earned runs

Kendall McNamara: 5IP, 3 hits, 4 strikeouts, 0 Earned Runs
