The Sacred Heart Women's Club Basketball team won two games at Yale on Sunday. The Pioneers won game one 25-23 on a buzzer beating jumper from Liz Gonzalez. The team was led by Dayna Mercogliano with 9 points, Liz Gonzalez with 7, and Gracie Patriarco with 3 points. 

Sacred Heart overcame an 11-point deficit to win game two 33-26. The Pioneers were led by Dayna Mercogliano with 12 points, Liz Gonzalez with 7 and Taylor Gibbs with 7 and Alyssa Alfieri with 3 points. Sacred Heart improves to 8-0 on the season and 4-0 in conference play. 

Sacred Heart next plays UCONN at home on Sunday February 5th.
