Are you interested in joining the Club Women's Soccer Team? If yes, make sure that you followed these steps:
- Step 1: Register online here!
If you are using the web browser Safari you may run into problems. We suggest using another web browser and suggest using a computer instead of your phone. Use your login name before the @ symbol in your email address! For example, John Smith would be: smithj@mail.sacredheart.edu but he would use smithj to log in.
- Step 2: Fill out the medical form - it can be accessed here /documents/2023/6/5/Health_Form.pdf
You will need to print out the form and bring it with you to your doctor's appointment

Please have patience with the website! Our athletic trainers must pass you through the system so don't worry if you don't hear back right away.
Also, if you haven't already made sure you have gotten in touch with the coach and look out for an email about tryouts!
