The Women's Club Ice Hockey team traveled to Storrs, CT this Sunday, October 30, to face-off against UConn. With a full roster, the girls were able to take a big 8-2 win. In her first game of the season, Senior Sam McGann opened the scoring for the Pioneers with two goals in the first period. McGann scored her third goal in the third period completing her hat trick. Sophomore Delaney Shaw also notched a hat trick in the game, scoring a goal in each period. Sophomore Kayla Arena netted her first collegiate goal while Sophomore Morgan Vigeant finished it off with her first of the season. In net, Junior Caitlyn Caldon started her first of the season and stood tall.

The girls took the win with pride and are excited to hit the road again next weekend for their two game series at WPI and Providence!
